A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse an order if the machine is unavailable or the price shown was wrong.

3. Prices

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. The crossed-out price is the manufacturer's recommended retail price.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout on a secure page. We never store your card details.

5. Delivery

See delivery. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See returns.

7. Guarantee and your rights

The manufacturer's guarantee is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. We are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
