You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

How to return a machine

Email [email protected] with your order number. We send you a return label and instructions the same working day.

Condition

The machine must be complete, with all its tools and documentation, and in a condition that allows it to be resold. You may unpack and inspect a machine as you would in a shop.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the machine back, including the standard delivery cost.

Faulty machines

If a machine develops a fault, contact us. Repair or replacement is handled under the 2 year guarantee and costs you nothing.
