Every machine sold here carries the manufacturer's 2 year guarantee on parts and labour, running from the date of delivery.

Registering

Register your machine using the serial number printed on the body, or send it to us and we will register it for you.

What is covered

Manufacturing faults, motor failure and electrical faults. Consumable parts such as filters are covered against defects but not against normal wear.

Making a claim

Contact us with the serial number and a description of the fault. We arrange collection, repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
